Trauma Therapy

The Trauma Services Department offers therapy to individuals age 4 through adulthood who have experienced, witnessed, or been exposed to domestic violence, child abuse, and/or another interpersonal trauma. The focus of Trauma Therapy is to assist clients in reducing the impact trauma has had on their emotional and mental functioning. Clients do this through the development of healthy coping skills and increased understanding about trauma and its impact. Therapists are skilled and trained in trauma focused therapy models.
