Online Donations and/or Event Registrations 
Journey Center for Safety and Healing collects the following information, when provided, through our secure online credit-card giving pages: Name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. This personally identifiable information is used to collect your contribution and/or event registration and to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes.

Personal information provided via donations or event registrations (Name, address, phone number and email) are recorded and securely stored and may be used to periodically communicate through emails or other mailings.

Please note that online donations are processed with Stripe (see their Privacy Policy for details) and event tickets are processed through PayPal (see their Privacy Policy for details).

Aggregate Information 
Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as web pages most frequently accessed, time spent on a page or area of the Site, etc. Aggregate information is collected automatically and is used in a collective manner; no single person can be identified by that compiled information. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with our funders. For example, we may tell a funder that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Journey Center for Safety and Healing implements these same policies and procedures to protect the privacy of any Personal Information voluntarily submitted by you to Journey Center for Safety and Healing via telephone, regular mail or in person.

Journey Center for Safety and Healing helps protect personally identifiable information by utilizing both online and offline security methods, including firewalls, passwords and restricted physical access to the places where your information is stored. Our staff is trained to comply with our security procedures and our security procedures are regularly reviewed and revised, if necessary, by the management of Journey Center for Safety and Healing.

Our on-line credit card giving pages (processed through Stripe) use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make donations through our on-line giving pages, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
